Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Zeevaa account and personal data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and login
- Saved properties and saved searches
- Your property listings and any uploaded documents (passport, Emirates ID, title deed, etc.)
- AI chat history and in-app activity
When you request deletion, access is revoked immediately and your email is released. Your stored data is then permanently erased.
In the mobile app
- Open the Zeevaa app and go to the Profile tab.
- Go to Personal Information.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your account and data are removed.
On the website
- Sign in and open your Profile.
- Open the â‹® menu next to your name and choose Delete account.
- On the Delete account page, choose Delete my account.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Can’t access your account?
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account and we’ll process your deletion request. Please include the email or phone number linked to the account.
