Leadership
Ariz Rizvi is the founder and CEO of Zeevaa, an AI real estate agent that takes buyers from search to keys - and he's building it for the UAE, US, and global markets.
An engineer by training with an MBA and Sloan Fellowship from London Business School, Ariz has spent over two decades building deep-tech products that reached national scale. On the founding team of a vehicle-technology company, he turned an idea into policy and led the rollout of India's Intelligent Transport Management System across 17+ states, re-plating 40M+ vehicles and scaling the company from 40 to 4,000 people. He went on to conceptualize India's GPS-based taxi fare meter, now standard across the country, and an RFID-and-GPS school-transport safety system built years before IoT was mainstream.
He has also lived the real estate business from the inside - developing 300+ apartments entirely debt-free by funding the build through off-plan pre-sales, working directly with agents, brokers, buyers, and lenders. That dual fluency, deep market execution and hands-on engineering, is exactly why he built Zeevaa to run the entire transaction rather than just the search.
Zeevaa began in the London Business School incubator as an automated valuation model with an AI advisory layer. Validating it in a live market revealed the bigger opportunity: not better advice, but doing the whole deal for the buyer. Ariz has since taken Zeevaa from concept to a live platform with closed transactions and real revenue, built in-house with his CTO and engineering team.
His mission is straightforward: make buying property as easy as asking - and build the AI that owns the transaction layer of the world's largest asset class.
A strategic technology leader with 20+ years building cloud-native platforms, AI/ML systems and data-driven products across global finance, commodities and banking. Jai has led major technology transformations at organisations including Barclays, Lloyds and Deutsche Bank, delivering modern, scalable and governance-aligned platforms across complex, regulated environments.
At Zeevaa, Jai shapes the technical vision, AI architecture and product engineering strategy, bringing deep expertise in LLMs, vector search, geospatial intelligence, multi-cloud infrastructure and secure-by-design systems. He leads the engineering, data and AI teams to ensure the platform is built with the rigour of financial-grade systems and the speed and agility of a modern AI venture.
